Run, run little girl
From the setting of dawn
To a new day
Run, run little girl
From those who hate you
From those who have preyed on your soul
And used it for their own gain.
From the father who molested you
To the mother who tried to make you
Something you weren’t.
You cry, you cry
Because you weren’t what you were expected to be.
Because you knew no better, you tried
To survive,
But it became hopelessness.
Run little girl,
You are no good.
You've damaged your soul and cry in bitterness.
You try, you try, but there is no door
There is no door to those who have preyed on you.
To those that have turned you out of there lives..
Because you just weren’t.
You just weren’t what they expected. They preyed on you to live there own gain.
Today they can’t live that gain any more
They run, they run to their party and gatherings.
Their souls are empty.
Their hate is vented on you.

A Damned Mind

With each day that passes
My mind slowly dissolves
This rancid horror
Not love or even death can resolve
Each thought melts before it's formed
As if around my head
The sun constantly revolves
My punishment will not relent
For the time has come
That my sin is so great
Not even from God
Can I be absolved
